The assignment/task could have already been completed earlier or by another user.
I have created a polling email for my system. Those email for approval by email. When the user request services, then our person in charge will approved the request via email. I am not sure why the assignment for my polling email did not working properly.
I have check the log and it shows that error. May I know what is wrong? The person in charge have approved via email. But the polling email looks like it not updated the status in the system workflow. It seems like the approval email did not works. How this happened?
The status still shows pending approval. It should shows "Approved"
