Hi, where can i find the setting to configure the link 'open' (in the picture)? i insert new activity in process design. when i go to claim listing, the edit claim added itself. i want to delete the edit claim link but cannot find the setting. can anybody help me?

      Hi Noor Juaini Zakaria

      The Claims Approver Inbox listing (a datalist inbox element) will *automatically* display all the task(s) or activity(s) pending for the logged in user.

      In your screenshot example, the logged in user has two activities to complete, and that is the 'Edit Claims' and 'Verify Claim' activity. From the process flow design of this standard app, I cannot figure out how a process can have both the above activity pending at the same time as they are in different process flow, so I can only guess that you have modified the process flow (smile).

      To "delete" the "Edit claim" link, just click on it to complete the task and submit the form. The refresh listing will not display the "Edit claim" link.

      FYI there is a newer free HR Expenses App you can download from Joget Marketplace and import into your Joget Workflow. It has some minor improvements. Also available are five free Joget Workflow tutorial apps that gives lots of Joget usage examples.
