But working in other browsers

      No its not working in that too

        Any error in IE developer tools and tomcat log?

        We used some JS codes in Custom HTML like includes(), new URL() ect which is showing not supported in IE

        Very likely then that your CS code error is causing the problem. Try fixing the JS code to prevent errors and see.

        That issue fixed. But now Radio button section hide/show
