Hi Team , 

I am presenting a strange case, i did configure the escalation and only works with a previously configured mail sending tool, when I add a new box in the process to send a notification this can´t  send e-mails, however if I use another tool previously configured if it works, obviously I tried the configuration of the smtp parameters and they are fine.
This other don´t work

      Using Email Tool I have added csv attachment URL from a data list, Still mail attachment file is wrong, Attachment file content is wrong. File include html content only, not the list i required.  

      Immediate help appreciated

        I ´m using cloud version so i thing that this option does not available nevertheless the audit trail show this info.

          Hi Anders, thanks for your answer¡,

          As you see i have a process that use a deadline to remind when the request from claimant have more than x minuts , i did use a Email plugin and cofigure it correctly to use the smtp settings.  

           

          But by some  reason the platform can´t send the e-mail .

           

          You can see that the process finish without problem but the e-mail never arrive.

           

           

          So i decide to use other E-mail Pluging previously configured (please see the following graph) and i did note that using it the e-mail arrive without problems.

            Did you check the tomcat logs? If the email is not sent out there should be some detailed error in the logs.

          Hi, I am not clear what is meant by "when I add a new box in the process to send a notification this can´t  send e-mails, however if I use another tool previously configured if it works". Perhaps you could give more specific details on what was working and what is not.
