Add domain elements through a multiselect list

Hello team, has anyone been able to use a component similar to the one used in this tool when the key words of the questions are requested? The functionality is that you can add terms to a domain list through the element, or list the values that the domain has at the moment. Any ideas?

      Hi, Did you try the Multi Select Box or Popup Select Box?

        Or is it possible to write a text in a list? For example, that the list preloads values from a domain with a binder, but that it is possible to write directly on the list element in case the text I intend to show is not in the domain?
