Hi,

I am trying to create a web page with approval process in V6 - community edition.

I have created form - apply leave, when i run the form (Apply lev.png) 

I have created a data list (datalist.png), in this data list- i can find two types of data added as each field 1) data from submit for, i have designed it like selecting a field from datalist and then i proceed by clicking approval button which will direct to (Apprroveform.png)- when i save this form it is generated as another field in the datalist . I want to generate it has a single field.

      Hi there,

      This part is not clearly described -  i have designed it like selecting a field from datalist and then i proceed by clicking approval button

      Can't do much to help without the app attached into the question.

        Hugo, In the datalist attachment u will find list of cumulative values, on selecting each field in the datalist and proceed further by clicking approval hyperlink which will direct to (Apprroveform.png)- when i save this form it is generated as another field in the datalist .
