How can I set the workflow variable value after the start activity?

This code Setting Workflow Variable Value in Process Tool Bean Shell doesn't work since the start activity has no activity ID.

So, is there a way to set the workflow variable value right after the start activity?

      Hey there Sarah,

      You can have a look at this plugin from the Joget Marketplace:

      Just append a process tool after the start node and before your first activity, and use this plugin.
