Is there a report generation tool that can be used to generate reports based on user fields and criteria defined in the forms generated? i.e. If we wanted to create a work flow for managing cases - each case having a parent form that contains all of the metadata about that case, i.e. date filed, case status, case owner, case type, etc.? Can we create a canned report that will generate a list of cases of a certain type, by case owner, etc.?
