One may map a participant to a select user(s) or group(s). By doing so, every time a new activity is created in the participant's swimlane, Joget will pick up the same resultant user(s) to be assigned as assignee(s).

One can too map a participant according to department or head of department. When new activities that are mapped to the department or head of department are created, the user(s) that are under the said department or the head of the department will be assigned as assignee(s).
