Joget's form builder allows regeneration of cloned forms from one application into another form.
Simply copy Advanced:JSON Definition from the bottom left corner of the form builder as shown below. 
Now go to the target form builder's JSON Definition and paste the copied JSON definition.
Your form is ready to go!
