Duplicate Value Validator doesn't work when 'Save as draft' is clicked.

Hello All,

While testing the 'Save as Draft' feature, we came across a scenario where whenever we click 'Save as Draft' in any form, the duplicate value validator applied on any form element doesn't seem to work. We can open the draft again and submit it thereby bypassing the validator.

I guess, 'Save as Draft' actually saves the data partially in the database without checking for the validation errors (if any) and therefore the form can be submitted later and no validation errors occur.

Am I missing something here?
