The columns are obtained by referencing the form table (the database table that the form is pointing to). This means, if you have several forms that are pointing to the same database table, all form fields will show. This is helpful when you wish to cross reference other form fields, from other forms and have them displayed in your Userview table. Apart from the form fields, there are also some system fields that you can select such as create date, last modified date, refName (from Generate ID plugin) and username (the user who started the process). These are tagged with the word 'system' for easy identification.
