If you have one or more processes created under the same App, you may make use of participants created in your earlier process. This would minimize your effort in the maintenance of your workflow design later on.
The example below shows on how you can insert existing participant into a newly created process.

At the top toolbar, select "Insert existing participant in graph". This will bring up a list of participants already created in your current App.
