Hello,

We are using Joget 6.0.14 Enterprise version.

I am currently developing a module to record employees' onboard and offboard activities.

Basically, the mechanism is, every time I submit a form for a new employee, it goes to a list, and that form in the list can be modified later.

I need logs to track every change that I make to the forms.

I'm using Audit Trail plugin in this module(settings are below). But every time I submit a form, although the form exist in the list, it does not occur in the Database(table jwdb.app_form / jwdb.app_form_data_audit_trail). Please give me some suggestions.

Haven't used version 6 in a long time. Plus I think v6 has reached EOL? Even if there is a bug, don't think they'll fix it. Maybe check the change logs for v6 at the latest version? since you're using quite an older version of v6, there may be a fix on it in the later version.

Download the latest version of v6 and look for CHANGES.txt in the installation folder. Then search for audit trail and see if there were any fixes on your issues.
