Is it possible to use email tools to approve status by clicking an approve button within the email without log in to joget portal.

    Approval via Email is not currently supported. There may be a plugin available in the Joget marketplace soon to enable this. Implementation wise will vary.

    Theoretically it should be possible to construct your email in HTML to have form buttons that matches the actual form submission in the task. But then to do it without login means that you need to allow unauthenticated persons to access and submit your form, which would be a big security risk.
