is there a way to have time contraints in using SLA and Deadlines? i have a process where when the user submits a request, the approver has 2 days to accept it or it will be approved automatically. and after 24 hours, there will be a email notification to the approver to remind him of a request. one small bug will be office hours is 8am - 6pm. but there are times that the request will be made 6pm onwards, then the email will be send 24 hours after the request. how can i restrict the email to stop processing when office hours is already closed?
