How can I add a javascript to check browser requirement for Mobile View

Dear Expert.

I am able to add a browser requirement checking javascript to check browser version and availability of executing javascript for Desktop View with Login Page and all page inside the apps. However, how can I enable it on MobileView also ?

      I know how to script the detection. However, I did not know where I can put the script at for Mobile Login Pages?
