Why does this process function correctly in Joget DX 7, but when I switch to Joget DX 8, the workflow halts at the diamond point and cannot proceed further?"

      Hi, there is not enough information to help. Try checking the system logs to see if there are any error messages there. Also, try checking the values of the workflow variables in the running process instances to see the correct values are stored before the route.
