List Grid stores multi data in one filed

Hi 

i am using list grid to store data in a form 

but when i tried to use the lists to show the data it comes like this 

looks like the  (List Grid) stores multiple values in on filed 

stats

surname

name

stats

is there a away i can output the values Separately

      You need to change the list grid store/load binder to use Multirow Form Binder. See  Video Tutorials#CreatingmultirowgridinForm too.
