We have define SLA for different workflow activities and each activity has different SLA so requirement is how generate email alert (Escalation) if any activity has violated SLA

      I think SLA just shows the green (within) or red (exceed) traffic light statuses. You have to use Deadlines and Escalations to send an email alert. Do try out the free Tutorial App: Process Deadlines app to learn about Joget Deadlines and Escalations .
