Hello folks,


Is there a way to make it do the prefix in id field generator is changed when a selection is made in the form ?


For example i have a drop down emnu with companys :


If i select company A; my id field generator will become A-??? if i select company B it will become B-??? and so on ?

      You can use section visibility to "show" individual sections, depending on the selected company name, and each section contains specific ID Generator properties for that select company. Attached is a demonstration app where you can run the app and see how it works in the form.

      APP_99909701_id_generator_multi.jwa (App was designed to work only in Joget v6, DX Enterprise  or Professional edition)

        Hi Klanthis,

        As I know, u can done it by creating section for different companys and using visibilty control to control the section show based on the selectbox.
