hi all,

I have one problem while updating the workflow process using XPDL file upload. I have included a previous workflow process with id 'memo'.
this error appear when uploading XPDL as an update :

java.lang.Exception: The
package with id memo is
already open

how to resolve this problem?

    Hi Siyam,

    The "Upload Process XPDL" feature in "Design New Process" page is for creating a new process package.

    To update an existing process, you can either:

    1. Open the process in Workflow Designer, edit it, and update into Joget Workflow server.
    2. Use the "Import Package" (.zip) feature in "Manage Processes" page

      I have tried the way that number two, but the way it didn't not change the version and

      the content of the workflow process.

      But if I use the first way, the version and the contents of the workflow process is changed.

        How did you prepare the package? If you try to export a package from Manage Processes, you will find that a package is a zip file, which contains package.xpdl and packageData.xml

        Hi Saleh,

        If you have a saved XPDL file, you could also try using the "Update via Saved XPDL" button in the "Update Process" page.

    An error appear when i'm trying to import XPDL.file

    the mapping user are missing when i import it,and it required me to manually re-create the user acc..

    May i know how to solve it??
