Joget DX 8 Stable Released
The stable release for Joget DX 8 is now available, with a focus on UX and Governance.
Hi, I want to ask whether Joget differentiate between human performer with machine performer. If i want to automate some tasks/activities i.e. machine performer will do this task, how can i do that? how can i define machine performer in performer group as user ? any kind of information are really appreciated.
thanks

Yes, Joget Workflow supports 2 types of workflow participant:
In "Participant" swimlane, we should only insert Activity, whereas in "System" swimlane, we should only use Tool.
In Workflow Management Console, an activity is mapped to a form, while a tool is mapped to a plugin.
In Joget Workflow v3, irrelevant types of participants have already been remove from Workflow Designer.
