What should I do if i wanna to do this:

1)My staff login to the page

[USERNAME]

[PASSWORD]

2)After my staff login to the page..the page will show

[Reference Id] 001

[FULL NAME] DAVID TAN

(This 2 thing is filled by the database system)

What should i do if i wanna configure the FULL NAME's Plugin and Reference ID?

    Please take a look at Reference ID Plugin documentation on the usage of this plugin and how you can display the generated reference ID on a form.

    To display a person's full name on a form, you can use the #performer.activityDefId.firstName# #performer.activityDefId.lastName# Hash Variables. The "Travel Request" sample process bundled with default installation, has a working reference on this aspect. Take a look at the "Approve Travel Request" activity.

    Just curious, have you installed the Reference ID Plugin? You can get it for free at the joget market place.

    I tried to install refID and email plugin but to no avail. Is there any special requirement to install that plugin?

      Hi, sorry but I don't think you are installing it the correct way. In fact, the all default installers and packages of Joget Workflow downloadable from our official sites, come with Reference ID Plugin and Email Plugin as standard installation. In the Workflow Management Console, you can look at the list of plugins you have, by navigating to Settings > Manage Plugins.

      You can map any of these plugins to a Tool.

          Hi Zahrah, there's a guide to using the Reference ID plugin here.

          We usually put the same 'Form Data Table' name that we have used when we create our Forms, although this is not a set rule.
